1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ekelea, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Ekelea provides a neutral escrow service for peer-to-peer challenges and wagers. Ekelea is not a gambling provider, but rather a secure holding vault that ensures participants honor their mutual agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that the challenges they create and participate in comply with all local laws and regulations. Ekelea reserves the right to cancel any challenge and refund stakes if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Fees and Transactions
Withdrawals and deposits via M-Pesa may be subject to transaction fees levied by Safaricom or our payment gateways. Ekelea explicitly outlines any platform fees prior to challenge creation.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be settled by the mutually agreed upon mediator selected during challenge creation. Ekelea's role is strictly to execute the payout according to the mediator's resolution.
